Good afternoon Stephanie This is Fernando, my wife is Marvene Saenz You currently have her 2010 BMW 3238i being serviced at your location due to a manufacture recall for engine bolts. We are currently renting a car and it has been almost two months of renting since the time of dropping off her vehicle. So far, the service we have received from different areas of BMW, corporate, as well as your location is way below customer satisfaction. I sent several text to Drew Peterson, your service advisor and called him a couple time and no responses from him. My latest SUV is from Gwinnet Place Honda and when I have a major service they make sure I have a loaner car while my vehicle is being serviced, if they do not have one in their inventory, they make the point to get me one from the closest car rental place in order to exceed customer experience! I have done business in Atlanta for 40 years in the Hotels and Resorts Industry and I have never experienced anything similar to what we are experiencing with this car and representatives of the Brand. I will make sure to share my experience (positive or negative) in my vast network of business professional available in my LinkedIn-Facebook platforms.
